Buy-Sell Agreement Template.This template may be used as an educational reference for language used in a limited liability company operating agreement concerning purchase of equity in the entity upon certain events.
Right of first refusal and Option to Purchase. This template may be used as an educational reference regarding situations where one needs to record a right in the chain of title to a tract of real property, to ensure an exercisable option to purchase the tract should it be offered for sale.
