A new fact sheet has been published by NC State Cooperative Extension concerning land title due diligence in advance of development of an industrial scale photovoltaic facility (commonly called a "solar farm"). The fact sheet - Legal Issues Surrounding Due Diligence for Solar Development - is written by Robert Andrew Branan to prepare landowners for the land title issues which will require resolution for a solar lease and development to move forward.
